We met with Helena and Per to discuss selling the condo of a recently deceased relative. They explained the process and their work with Sotheby’s. We explained that we reside in California and after a few weeks in Florida we would return to California. After signing the paperwork Helena started to work to make sure that we would sign what was needed and she assured us we could work together coast to coast. We had many discussions and we trusted she would handle it. She kept us informed of everything that was happening as it happened.
